Aayudha Pooja 

Aayudha Puja is traditionally done on the ninth day of the Navaratri Festival. Customarily, implements used for livelihood are worshipped on this day, a symbolic affair reminding man of Supreme Divine Grace. in Prasanthi Nilayam, it has been customary to worship the vehicles used by Bhagawan Baba during the occasion, a custom set by Bhagawan Himself decades ago.


Thursday, 02-10-2014, being Aayudha Puja day, a  Pooja was offered at 0800 hrs in the Sai Kulwant Hall, worshiping ‘Sai Vahan’-vehicles that had been blessed by Bhagawan, including the Golden Chariot.


Even as the students chanted Vedam followed by bhajans, Senior Trust officials and Secretary of SSSCT and other senior devotees, offered Pooja by breaking coconuts at each one of Vehicles. 


The ceremonial function concluded with Mangala Arathi at 0815 hrs.
