On 3rd November,there was a classical song presentation entitled “Sai Sur Malhar…”, composed on Raag Malhar, an ancient Indian musical raga. Sung by the youth girls of the state the song was a fervent prayer to Baba seeking His eternal blessings.
Garbha folk dance, celebrating the ‘Coming Of The Beautifully Adorned Goddesses’ from the heavens was the next item, performed by the girl students of Sri Sathya Sai School, Surat.
The main programme for the evening was a musical dance drama entitled “Raah-Path to Sai’s Abode” by the Youth and Balavikas of Gujarat.The drama was a fictional theatrical entertainer portraying the wielding power of ‘Karma’ that haunts man from life to death and back.
The programme ended with a Bamboo Stick Folk Dance entitled “Raasado” by the boys from Ahmedabad.
Second Day (4th November 2013)
A musical piece, Sai Sathyam was a fervent prayer to Baba by the Youth followed by dance items titled ‘Shiv Shakti Upasana’ by Balvikas girls and Youth of Ahmedabad and a Raas dance entitled “Mari Mahisagar” by the students of Sri Sathya Sai School, Surat were the significant offerings of the evening
This was followed by a Dance Drama entitled "Apostle of Love" by the Youth & Students of Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Niketan, Navsari.
Depicting the story of "Prem", a fictional character, who came to planet Earth from the heavens to experience the beauty of Earth but was left to face the oddities of herein much to his distaste, even as the story evolved, Prem gets to know of the other side of Earthly life, wherein he finds the White Army of Baba relentlessly trying to practise His teachings to the best of their effort .
